Junior European Championships
The English team of Michael Byrne
and Alex Morris, Ed Levy and Andrew Woodcock, Duncan Happer
and Ben Green finished in sixth place (out of 25), unfortunately
one place too low to qualify for the world championships. This
was a solid and encouraging performance. Their worst loss was
9-16 and they only lost three matches significantly. They
also beat or drew with the top four teams. Unfortunately they
didn't register many big wins, apart from against the lowest ranking
teams.
